UK Machine Record
Baywatch
Sega · 1995 · at 3 UK venues.
Baywatch turns the famous television series into a bright, beach-themed pinball machine. The game uses the show’s lifeguards, rescues and beach setting as the basis for its objectives, with the player completing rescues and building towards larger features.
The layout has a distinctly 1990s Bally character, combining straightforward shots with a collection of themed targets and features. The rules are accessible without being completely shallow, making it an easy machine to pick up and play.
The theme may be relaxed, but the ball is not. Do the rescues, keep the ball safe and don’t get distracted by the beach.

Multiball2 tips
- Multiball
Complete drop targets to light lock at guard tower. All shots are jackpots in multiball. After hitting all shots, side ramp is super jackpot
- Multiball
Multiball consists of the largest points in the game. Hit all lit shots, then shark hole for super, then upper ramp for second super.
General3 tips
- General
Using the Shark flipper can be very dangerous. Often you can just let the ball drop safely to the right inlane for a ramp or orbit shot.
- General
Modes can be timed out without having to activate switches. Good for getting rid of the risky modes (shark targets, yellow targets).
- General
Shoot all five main shots to spell guard, completion triggers guard millions, hurry-up for each of the five shots
Wizard mode1 tip
- Wizard mode
On ball 1 shoot the guard tower three times before activating lock from drop targets. Makes starting wizard mode much easier later in game.

Making three skillshots lights permanent squid-pops (2 million pops) on ball three.
