About

Doctor Who is one of the most distinctive machines from the Bally/Williams era, taking the television series’ multiple Doctors and alien villains and turning them into a time-travelling pinball adventure. The game is built around travelling through different eras and confronting enemies including the Daleks and Cybermen.

The TARDIS is central to the experience, while the various Doctors and villains provide the structure for the modes. The game has a particularly strong sense of movement because the objective is constantly changing as you travel through time.

It can be chaotic until you understand which era you are currently playing. Keep track of where you are in time. The TARDIS is your roadmap through the game.

Choose the Doctor before you need him

Doctor Who lets you pick which of the seven Doctors you are working towards, and each one quietly rewrites part of the machine. Picking in the right order is worth more than any single shot on the playfield.
