Elvis is one of Stern's more unusual music machines and a fascinating piece of early-2000s Stern design. The game combines Elvis' music with a Vegas-inspired presentation, including a motorised Elvis figure and a series of musical modes.
The rules are more straightforward than many later Stern machines, making it a useful game for players who don't want to spend their first ten games reading the display. The music and character do much of the work.
It is now much rarer to encounter than the bigger modern Stern titles, particularly in public locations. Play the songs and enjoy the simplicity; not every pinball machine needs a 200-page rule sheet.

Hold left (I think) flipper during plunge, ball go to magnet. Loop = Secret Skill Shot (1M+), drop = Super Secret Skill Shot (1.25M+).
Plunging the ball softly will allow you to make a Super Skill Shot at the strobing drop target shot.
King of Rock n Roll scores a ton of points if you know how to nail the KING targets. Get some 2x Scoring started and watch the score fly!
Extra ball is worth 10 million!
Hound Dog is a valuable frenzy mode that can score a lot if you start a Multiball during it.
Backhand the saucer next to the right ramp for a virtual lock. Third time starts MB. Jackpots are the same saucer!
ALL game timers operate at half speed during Multiball play. (Encore mode's 35-second timer actually lasts for 70 seconds real time, etc.)
Gift from Elvis might be extra ball. Spell K-I-N-G, hit Scarf target to light gift, right orbit to collect gift, right orbit collects EB.
Clearing ELVIS starts Super Spinner. 5,000/spin + 1,000 each spin; DMD shows most recent spin value. 20 seconds, renewable. Value cap 150k.
If ball falls into plunger lane, drops will reset for a skill shot; drops you had cleared will remain solidly-lit on return to regular play.
Super (or Super Secret) Skill Shot counts as clearing the ELVIS 5-bank: gives clear point reward, lites a Gift, and activates Super Spinner.
Clear one of the three Collections (towards Graceland) to spawn 1 Gold Record on each shot (lit white arrows). Must collect before draining.
