Hurricane is the final Williams game in the classic FunHouse-style trilogy from Pat Lawlor, taking the carnival theme and turning it into a full amusement-park adventure.
The game is packed with carnival attractions, including the Hurricane rollercoaster, Ferris wheel and various rides. Completing the attractions builds towards the larger scoring features, giving the machine a clear sense of progression.
It has the same playful spirit as FunHouse but a considerably more elaborate amusement-park theme. Ride the attractions in the right order and the park becomes much easier to navigate.

Hurricane pays you a second of multiplied scoring for every second your multiball lasted, at up to five times everything. Holding a ball on a flipper, the standard way to control a multiball, stops that clock while you do it.

Spell "PALACE" and collect jackpot at the Juggler shot. You can spot letters at the right ramp. PALACE carries over player to player.
Complete the drops (ducks) and lock the ball in the Juggler. Repeat, plunge for MB and shoot the right ramp for millions (1M-2M-5M cycle).
Complete all Clown lights on playfield to light Clown Time at Hurricane ramp.

Clown time is a kind of frenzy with it's own HighScore entry.
Shoot Dunk the Dummy (twice, 1 for enabeling then scoring) to raise bonus multiplier.
Full plunge ball and hit right ramp for skill shot. Scoring goes up each time you make it.
