UK Machine Record
The Sopranos
Stern · 2005 · at 5 UK venues.
The Sopranos is one of Stern’s more unusual licensed machines, taking the world of Tony Soprano and turning it into a collection of mob jobs, family problems and trips to the Bada Bing.
The game is built around completing jobs for the various characters, with modes representing different situations from the series. The combination of mob humour and serious pinball creates a machine with a very distinctive personality.
It is also a game where understanding the jobs is considerably more useful than simply chasing jackpots. Know which job you’re doing before you start making collections of random shots.
